New Feature: Change recipients for reminders

We're happy to announce the latest update to the xocashflow ‘Send / Sync’ screen.

Need to change the recipient for a debtor reminder? Or does a certain contact of your client handle a certain type of invoice? With this feature now available in xocashflow, it’s now possible to change the recipient for a reminder, which will help in these cases.

If your Xero contacts are setup with multiple contacts, you now have the ability to change the recipient for each invoice. Just click on the "Change Recipient" dropdown on the Send screen and a list of contacts will appear. It's that easy!

This was a frequently requested feature by our users, so we’re happy to oblige.

New Feature: Support in even more countries

We’ve seen a lot of demand internationally for xocashflow so we’re proud as punch to announce even more countries that have support for our fabulous app.

We can announce that we now officially support:

  • Hong Kong,
  • Thailand, as well as
  • All seventeen countries in the Eurozone:
    • Austria
    • Belgium
    • Cyprus
    • Estonia
    • Finland
    • France
    • Germany
    • Greece
    • Ireland
    • Italy
    • Luxembourg
    • Malta
    • Netherlands
    • Portugal
    • Slovakia
    • Slovenia
    • Spain

We’d like to point out that while we have rolled out to countries that speak a vast range of wonderful languages, service and support will continue to be delivered only in the English language at this stage.

New Feature: Support in more countries

The xocashflow team loves our own app so very much that we simply can’t keep to our own country of origin (Australia).

We’re proud to say that we have integration and support for these countries:

  • Australia
  • New Zealand
  • United States
  • United Kingdom
  • Ireland
  • Canada

 and today we’d like to announce support for:

  • Singapore, and
  • South Africa

Not located in one of these countries? Don’t worry! We’re interested in expanding our support to other countries dependent on user demand. Get in contact with our Support Center and we’ll be right onto it.

Cloud Adviser Reviews xocashflow

A little earlier this year, accounting and bookkeeping cloud software advisory website Cloud Adviser hosted a weekly webinar in which they reviewed our very own Xero add-on, xocashflow. You can listen to the full review in the video below:

Would you rather be chasing up debts instead? Here’s the gist of what they liked and didn’t like:


  • xocashflow is really well designed, really easy to use and did exactly what it said
  • Liked the ability to exempt clients
  • Really easy to set up
  • Really good price point


  • Reporting and Dashboard are a bit light in features
  • Different pricing plans aren’t available (NB: Since recording, the Advisor Dashboard is now available)

We at xocashflow appreciate this feedback and are endeavouring to solve these as well as providing a happy experience for all of our customers.

New Feature: Next Reminder Period notification

Team xocashflow has been hard at work to provide you with the best Xero add-on we possibly can make. And thanks to our customers’ feedback, we’re getting even better one feature at a time.

This new feature pictured above will now remind you in the dashboard whenever there’s an overdue invoice that will lapse into another reminder period starting on the next day. So, if you’ve fallen behind with keeping paid invoices up to date and don’t want to send two reminders, one for the current period and another for the next, you can exempt them from receiving an email from both periods.

Even the small things count here at xocashflow, and we’re forever endeavouring to make this work even better for you. Have a bug, issue or feature request? Submit it to the xocashflow Support Center today.
